As business guests in New York City, we stayed at a hotel near a subway station for convenience. The room was compact but comfortable, with a small bar fridge and daily housekeeping. What we appreciated the most was the complimentary breakfast with a good selection of options and the helpful staff who kept the dining area clean. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with a few minor noise issues. Would recommend for a short business trip.

Had a very good stay for a transit location and one night stay, enjoyed location and staff. The room met requirements, neat with fridge. The breakfast had a lot of options: scrambled eggs and bacon.

Affordable hotel located in a pretty quiet area near a metro station, Manhattan and a subway.

The LIC Hotel was a great choice for a short 7-night stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with daily towel changes and a powerful shower. The staff were friendly, breakfast was plentiful, and the rooftop terrace offered a stunning view of Manhattan. The only downside was the limited dining area space in the morning.

It had every detail we needed, we liked location and staff. The room was functional with very comfy beds;)))

The whole experience was very nice. That place was contemporary including amazing staff and rooms. I liked having an iron, an electronic key card and a flat screen TV. I ate at a good restaurant with warm food.

My recent stay at this hotel was surprisingly pleasant. the housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the room clean and comfy. the in-room breakfast was pretty good, although I preferred grabbing a coffee and avocado sandwich at a nearby coffee shop. the breakfast at the hotel was decent, offering standard options to kick off your day. the location was superb, being very near to Manhattan and close to two subway lines that will take you wherever you need to go.

The staff were super cool and the rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was lit, and the rooftop views were fire! Plus, the location was dope, just a quick subway ride away from Times Square and the Brooklyn Bridge. We loved chilling in our room, watching cable TV after exploring the city.

Would've been even better if there was a cool hangout spot or game room in the hotel for us to chill and have fun with other young peeps like us.

It surpassed our expectations and was better than a Sheraton hotel. the location was excellent, close to two subway lines, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was friendly and the daily breakfast, though repetitive, was sufficient.

lic is a well-connected gem with clean - spacious rooms and a generous breakfast. it's close to subway stations and a supermarket - making it super convenient. the rooftop view is even better in person, and the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. the "on-demand" channels were a major plus, and the early check-in was a wonderful surprise.

Our family had a blast at the nearby museums and parks, and the cable TV provided endless entertainment for the kids, especially with the popular children's show marathon every evening. The convenience of having such family-friendly attractions nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

In my wife's opinion, the addition of a kids' play area in the lobby would have been great for families with young children.

I loved being centrally located in the heart of Long Island City, with easy access to the United Nations Headquarters and Empire State Building. The free full breakfast and rooftop terrace were a bonus!
